Keema lamb is fun, tasty and costs less than you think.

So what’s on the Healthy Kitchen menu on Show 2? Our main dishes are easy to make Keema Shepherd’s pie and for something a bit different why don’t you try our Thai Aubergine Curry? Plus we’ll show three great healthy salads including a Thai Noodle Salad.

Healthy Kitchen’s Sameena Ali-Khan and Rachel Muse (our chef) will talk about lamb keema (mince) in great detail. How versatile it is and how healthy it is for the whole family. We will also visit the butchers with our Healthy Kitchen Farm to Fork expert, Ruksana Shain, to see how your local butcher can give you leaner lamb mince and show you there is a cheaper mince option from the lamb neck.

All the recipes are easy to make as the ingredients you need are in your kitchen already or available at your local shop or supermarket. See our recipe cards for ingredients and cooking instructions. And remember cooking is fun, so why don’t you have the whole family try making our recipes together. Healthy Kitchen. It’s easy when you know how.
